How to Buy Tickets

There are 4 ways to purchase tickets to DECC performances: online, charge by phone, mail or at the DECC Ticket Office. Tickets typically go on sale about one month before event date. For more information please call one of our ticket agents at the DECC Ticket Office. See main ticket office below for hours.

	Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.ticketmaster.com.

	If you wish to order though the mail please make check payable to the DECC TICKET OFFICE. Include your name, address, phone number, event, time and date, and a copy of your state issued driver’s license as we process check electronically. Include a #10 SASE if you wish us to mail it back to you, otherwise, your tickets will be held at Will Call. NOTE: By sending this information you are authorizing us to electronically process your check.
	The DECC Ticket Office is open Mon – Sat 9am – 5pm Summer hours Mon – Fri 9am – 2pm The Ticket Office is located between the arena and auditorium. From the main parking lot please enter Door C. There is 10 minute parking to purchase tickets located on Harbor Drive.

All sales are final. Everyone 12 months and older requires a ticket.

Guests with Disabilities

The DECC is fully accessible and strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities. Ramps are provided at all entries and elevators are located throughout the building. The elevator in the corner of the Main Ticket Lobby is by Guest Services and accesses both the Arena and the lower Auditorium. Restrooms are accessible to all guests.

Every effort has been made to comply with both ADA and the State of Minnesota’s accessibility guidelines to accommodate guests with disabilities.

If additional assistance is needed while attending an event at the DECC, please contact your nearest usher, event staff member or the Guest Services Office located in the Main Ticket Lobby.

Wheelchair Section Eligibility: These limited seats are reserved for guests who require the use of a wheelchair and are thereby physically unable to use a standard seat. Guests with limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair do not qualify for this section as the Ticket Office has a variety of seating options that will accommodate guests with limited mobility.

Our companion policy allows guests with special needs to purchase one companion ticket along with their ticket in our designated accessible seating area. If a guest requests more than one ticket we will locate any additional tickets as close as possible to their location.

Tickets for accessible seating may be purchased at the DECC Ticket Office and all Ticketmaster locations.

Assistance listening devices for the Auditorium are located in the Guest Services Office in the Main Ticket Lobby. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver’s license is required to use the devices.

Service animals are welcome at the DECC.

Parking & Directions

Parking
Ample parking is available for $4.00 at all events. Special event parking is $5.00.

Parking spaces for people with disabilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $4.00. Special event parking is $5.00. A state-issued disabled placard or license is required for this area. NOTE: An early arrival is recommended to secure a parking space.

Directions

From Downtown
From the Radisson, take Fifth Avenue West and head toward the waterfront. Parking located on Railroad Street and Harbor Drive by the William A Irvin ship.

From Wisconsin
Take 53 West to 35 North into downtown Duluth. Take exit 256B and turn right. Follow the signs for the DECC. Parking located on Railroad Street and Harbor Drive by the William A Irvin ship.

From the Twin Cities
Take 35W North to Duluth. Take exit 256B and turn right. Follow the signs for the DECC. Parking located on Railroad Street and Harbor Drive by the William A Irvin ship.

From Two Harbors
Take 61 South to London Road. Follow London Road to the 26th Avenue East. Take a left on to 35 South. Follow to the Lake Avenue/Waterfront exit. Turn left on to Lake Avenue at top of ramp. Take immediate right on to Railroad Street. Follow the signs for the DECC. Parking located on Railroad Street and Harbor Drive by the William A Irvin ship.

The DECC Ticket Office is located between the arena and auditorium lobby. From the main parking lot please enter Door C. There is 10 minute parking to purchase tickets located on Harbor Drive.

The DECC Ticket Office does not accept any phone orders. Please call Ticketmaster to charge by phone at 218-727-2121.

Will Call orders from Ticketmaster may be picked up after 3:30pm on the day of the show. For certain events it will be 2 hours before event time. Call the Ticket Office for details on your event.

General Rules
NO outside food or beverages, no cameras, recording devices, weapons, banners, flags or signs allowed during event.
