Catering Services
Provided by the DECC. Outside caterers may not be used. (Exception: Wedding Cakes may be brought in).  The DECC uses linen tablecloths and napkins, china, and glassware at the bar.

Liquor Services
Provided by the DECC. A Bartender charge of $75.00 will be waived if sales per Bartender are $250.00 or greater.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of the appropriate room charge is required within 7 days of receiving written confirmation from the DECC.

Reception Hours
Receptions are limited to six hours or less and are required to end by midnight.  The reception period includes the social hour, dinner and dance.  A fee of $225.00 per hour will be assessed for each hour over the six hour limit.  A last call for alcoholic beverages will occur 25 minutes prior to the reception end time.

Parking
The DECC's Parking Lot is available to your guests. The parking fee is $4.00 per car. Arrangements can be made for the host to pay for parking fees.

Decorating
In most cases, the room can be made available for decorating by 10 AM on the day of the wedding. Crepe paper, rice, glitter, confetti, candles with open flames, and helium balloons are prohibited. Items may not be attached to the walls or ceiling.

Smoking
The DECC is a smoke-free building.

Security
The DECC does not require the host to hire security.

The Horizon Room - $950
Accommodates Up to 200 Guests
The Horizon Room requires a guarantee of $2,500 for food before tax and service charge.

Harbor Side Ballroom - $950
Accommodates 250-425 Guests
The Harbor Side Ballroom requires a guarantee of $3,500 for food before tax and service charge.
