Catering

The DECC's in-house catering department is headed by Director of Food and Beverage, Chelly Townsend, who has been with the DECC for over 17 years.  The catering operation is part of the DECC, not contracted out. This provides tremendous savings to meeting planners, in addition to first-class presentation and quality.
